I started this series back in July where I share just a few drugstore discoveries that have won me over, and I do love my affordable beauty products so I thought it was about time that I did another.
COVERGIRL KATY KAT MATTE LIPSTICK
I own a couple of these lippies with 'Kitty Purry' (a gorgeous mauve) being very well-loved, but the shade 'Sphynx' is equally amazing! It's a lovely nude-pink that looks so damn flattering on the lips and since it's a demi-matte formula, it is far from drying and uncomfortable - it's actually very creamy with such a soft finish. I am in love with everything about this lipstick (including the super cute packaging), but the only thing this range needs is more shades because I think they are absolutely fab!
FORMULA 10.0.6 SERIOUSLY SHINE FREE MOISTURIZER
This seriously is shine-free and I am so happy about it because it's only $10 for a generous amount of product, and with the warm weather we are currently having it's exactly what my oily skin needs. It's completely oil-free and it doesn't clog my pores which is a big win for me and my troublesome skin. The consistency is really lightweight but it still hydrates so it does a great job at balancing out my skin type. I feel like this brand is severely underrated which is a shame because the quality of their products are just great!
NATIO MINERAL EYESHADOW TRIO
When I'm wanting to up my eye makeup game, I tend to gravitate towards neutral and simple eyeshadow looks which is what I like about this trio. 'Cocoa' has three shimmers - a light pink which is perfect for brightening, a silver that can be used all over the lid and a brown for deepening up the crease. The pigmentation isn't outstanding but I really like it for everyday wear because it's on the more subtle/softer side. They also contain Vitamin E and Jojoba Oil so they apply and blend very smoothly across they eyes. A great little trio to take with you on your next trip, especially if you're not into heavy eye makeup.
