So it's been three years since I became a part of the blogging community without any real clue what I was doing, but I knew it could be the start of something wonderful and it has been quite a journey! Matte or Gloss?

Matte lips were ALL the rage a year or two ago and it was the trend that filled our Instagram feeds with richly pigmented plush finishes, but the high shine lip has made a miraculous comeback and it's not going anywhere! So are you a matte lip or glossy lip person? For me, it all depends on what I'm in the mood for on the day and what makeup look I'm trying to achieve.

I was scrolling through my foundation reviews and it turns out my very last one was WAY back in September of 2017 (on the much hyped YSL All Hours), so you could say I am well overdue for another one! I like to read into whether or not some products are worth the purchase because this girl simply cannot afford to make it rain on every good looking product she sees. Sometimes they work for me and other times not so much but that is all part of being a beauty blogger so without further ado, here are my thoughts on the NYX Total Control Drop Foundation.

May Favourites

Well Autumn has officially come and gone so now we're heading into the season of snuggly jumpers and mulled wine (no complaints here!).
