Top 5 Under $15

Calling all budget beauties!
I'm definitely a drugstore girl at heart, and nothing excites me more than finding affordable makeup that are of high-street quality. So in today's post I have for you 5 amazing makeup products that I can always count on for great results, and will make you look fabulous without breaking the bank.

You guys know me, I'm all about the matte finish when it comes to my base and Rimmel's Stay Matte Primer does a brilliant job at mattifying my makeup. The formula is really lightweight so it doesn't feel heavy or greasy on the skin, and it also helps to minimise the appearance of pores. A great affordable primer for oilier skin types that helps keep shine at bay and prolongs the wear of your makeup.

I find that Milan from the Soft Matte Lip Cream line by NYX to really complement my fair skin as it's more of a blue-based pink shade. These are so opaque in formulation and they have a mousse-like texture which feels so soft on the lips. For a matte lip product, they are not drying in the slightest so you don't need to worry about it cracking or flaking off throughout the day. The lasting power is quite decent and I personally love the sweet scent of these lip creams. I think these are of incredible quality for the price.

While I went on an e.l.f. frenzy not too long ago, I picked up their Blush Palette in Light which I have been really enjoying lately. This palette holds 4 beautiful shades that would suit any makeup look, and are very easy to blend across the cheeks. I love that you have a mix of matte and shimmer shades, and the fact that each colour can be worn during all 4 seasons of the year. It is a really handy palette to have, especially for travelling and it's just fantastic value for money.

Another palette that I think is amazing value for money is Makeup Revolution's I Heart Makeup Eyeshadow Palette in Death By Chocolate. It has a wide range of richly pigmented colours and finishes for whatever mood you're in which makes this such a versatile palette. You can easily create day to nighttime looks with the this palette, and the shades themselves are so buttery that they blend like an absolute dream. I own a few of the I Heart Makeup palettes and I am in love with all of them!

Lastly is a concealer and it's the L.A. Girl HD Pro Conceal. When it comes to drugstore concealers, this is one of my favourites because it doesn't crease on me and it hides imperfections extremely well. They also come in yellow, green and orange to counteract specific areas of concern, and you can even use the darker concealer shades to contour your face. Definitely recommend them if you're on a hunt for a new drugstore concealer.
