6 Jewellery Pieces for Any Outfit

I do love my jewellery but a lot of the time I just forget to wear it. And with being a full-time blogger, I really don't get out of the house all that much to wear jewellery. On days where I do have outings though, I always have pieces in my stash that never fail to complete my outfit for whatever the occasion. Here are six jewellery pieces that are absolute essentials, and versatile enough for every outfit in your wardrobe.

I save my dress rings for special occasions like a wedding, engagement party or any other major event that includes heels and a cocktail dress (my favourite kind of events!). A dress ring is something I like to wear alone when it comes to finger jewellery as it's more of a statement piece. I also feel like minimal jewellery just makes you look more polished and who doesn't want that?

Dainty jewellery can be worn at any time of day for any occasion and are by far my favourite kind of jewellery. This particular bracelet is not only delicate and pretty, but it also adds a touch of glitz and glam with the cubic zirconia. I've worn this with a black dress and I love the contrast between the silver and black - it just really pops and it's such a classic, elegant look.

The 90's trend is back and they are a hit! I must admit, I was anti-chokers for quite a while but I got sucked in after seeing them all over the place. I bought this one online and it only cost me a few bucks but it's actually a lovely piece. Worn with a simple v-neck tee and distressed jeans would make for a casual yet stylish look for the day time.

Watches don't have to be drab and only worn to tell the time. They should be worn as a jewellery piece and reflect your own personal style. Some watches have a sophisticated look to them so they can be worn with an outfit of your choice; whether it be for work, a lunch date or a cocktail bar, they can be very versatile. I have a few on rotation but my Citizen is powered by light which makes it highly reliable and very stylish at the same time. Find a watch that suits your style so you can be excited to wear it, along with some stackable bracelets to up the arm candy.

I'm a stud earring kind of girl, so it's not often that I switch them up unless it's for a special occasion. Not too long ago I went to a function at the horse racing, and wore one of my favourite pairs of statement earrings that are by Atmos & Here. What I love about them is that they're simple yet they make an impact by taking your outfit to the next level. The detailing is just beautiful and the pearlescent teardrop stones are stunning. If you want to make a statement, start with big earrings!

Stackable rings are an absolute staple in my jewellery box because I just adore the whole chic minimal look. I am all about silver toned jewellery (can you tell by the photos?) for one reason really; it just suits my cool toned skin. These types of rings are so effortless and easy to wear, and add a lovely touch to any outfit.
