We are at the end of November which means it's the beginning of festive decorations and daggy Christmas shirts (a thousand times yes!). November was an eventful month; we had interstate friends and family visiting and I got stuck into gift shopping, so it was definitely a busy four weeks. Through all the business I did still manage to love a few new items, including a candle that is just drool worthy!
REVLON POWDER BLUSH
I've been opting for more nude toned blushes now that we are transitioning into Summer, and I came across 'Dare To Bare' in my stash which just so happened to make it to my favourites this month. It's a shimmery blush that adds warmth to the skin so you can get away with skipping bronzer just by sweeping this over the cheeks. It's also a great neutral shade to pair with a deep smoky eye so it won't clash with your overall makeup look. It's really smooth in texture and you can easily build it up to the intensity you desire.
BATH & BODY WORKS 3-WICK CANDLE
I finally went to Bath & Body Works just in time for their Christmas releases and I can now understand why these are incredibly hyped up. I wanted to ask the shop assistant to help me wheel the entire stand back to my car because they all smelt deliciously festive! It certainly wasn't easy restricting myself to only purchasing a few (Salted Caramel also came home with me), but Spiced Apple Toddy was calling my name and boy am I enjoying burning it! The yummy smell of cinnamon, clove and apple brandy fills my home with the most warming Christmas feeling and it is getting me right into the spirit of the holiday season!
NYX MEGA SHINE LIP GLOSS
The shade 'Salsa' is a gorgeous shimmery mauve-pink that I've been wearing on days when I'm going for a light makeup look. What I like most about these glosses are that they're not at all thick, gloopy or sticky so bye bye to hair getting stuck in your gloss and your lips feeling like glue (cringe!). I'm left with a glossy finish that feels ultra light and comfortable on the lips, but the best thing of all is that it gives you the illusion of a fuller pout and who doesn't want that?! I own a good handful of shades and they would have to be my favourite glosses from the drugstore.
What beauty bits have you been loving this November?
Spiced Apple Toddy sounds amazing! I love Bath and Body Works candles as well, they used to have a scent I loved called Leaves but I don't think they sell it anymore :(

Oh that's a bummer! Maybe they stock something similar to it :)
