Play & Glow With Rimmel's Jelly Collection

The following products have been kindly gifted.

Inspired by K-beauty, Rimmel have created their very own jelly makeup collection featuring glitzy gels, juicy blushes and glowy highlighters. Very fun shades with bouncy, dewy textures and absolutely perfect for the Summer festival season.

HIGHLIGHTERS

If there's one makeup product that I go crazy for, it's without a doubt highlighter and these particular ones will have your cheekbones seen from the Moon. 'Poppin' Bottles' is the most wearable and my personal favourite shade out of the three with its pale golden sheen. 'Candy Queen' would look truly stunning on tanned-deeper skin tones with its rose gold finish and for something a little more playful, 'Shifty Shimmer' (holographic pink) absolutely nails those festival vibes! The cold squishy texture does take some getting used to, but it's a lot of fun and you can build it up to the intensity you desire or even layer a couple of shades for a custom glow.

GLITTER GELS

A multi-tasking glitzy gel that can be used on your eyes, face or body for a major hit of glitter without the need for glue. I can see myself slathering the shade 'Long Island' (golden bronze) over my lids to make my blue eyes really pop. For an evening look I quite like a wash of 'Mojito' across the eyes which is very unique with its green base and gold reflect. 'Frosé' has a pink iridescence that looks like sparkling snow in a Winter wonderland which would look incredible on the décolletage or the cheekbones for a more subtle festival inspired look. 'Blue Lagoon' is basically mermaid in a tube and 'Purple Rain' gives your skin a vibrant violet sparkle.

BLUSHES

Just like their highlighters, these blushes are so dreamy and apply like water to the skin (hence the ultra-lightweight fresh feel). My pick of the lot is 'Peach Punch' simply because I find coral toned blushes more flattering against my fair complexion. I really like the dewy tint these give my cheeks especially when I'm going for a natural makeup look. 'Melon Madness' and 'Bubblegum Chum' are also super summery and very pretty on the skin. Again, you can build these up as little or as much as you like and when used in conjunction with the highlighters, your cheeks will be intensely glowy!
