I know this palette has been out for a little while now, but I didn't have the urge to play with it until the weather warmed up since it does have quite a golden-bronze look to it. Now that Spring has arrived and the sun is shining, I am really feeling the lit-from-within vibe this palette is ALL about for the ultimate 'I just woke up like this' look we all strive to create.
Straight from L'Oréal's Wake Up & Glow range comes the prettiest multipurpose highlighting palette I have ever seen by the brand and I am genuinely excited by it! Inside you'll find 4 luminous shades to enhance your natural beauty by giving you the appearance of a healthier, more radiant complexion that is especially perfect for 'no-makeup' makeup days.
These velvety, finely milled powders apply like an absolute dream over the skin for a beaming glow without that unwanted glittery finish and the versatility of the shades allows you to wear them anywhere you please, including the eyes or even across your collarbones. They are totally buildable so you can pack on as little or as much as your heart desires for a subtle day look or glowing from the heavens nighttime look.
'Sundust' is a pale gold that looks beautiful dusted along the cheekbones and brow bones for a natural sunlit glow. I like to mix 'Blazing Gold' with 'Bronze Kiss' to create a custom warm bronze tone for sculpting under my cheekbones and also around my forehead. 'After Love' is far too deep to use as a face highlight against my Snow White complexion so I use this shade is an eyeshadow and it ties the entire look together so incredibly well!

I was amazed at how the powders melted into the skin to create that (almost) undetectable luminosity, as some can kind of sit on top of the skin and look quite obviously powdery. I can 100% see myself grabbing this palette a whole bunch come Summer when I really want to go for that J-Lo glow and for $30, it works out to be less than $8 per shade which is pretty good value for money if you ask me!
