Products I Have Rediscovered My Love For

As a lover of all things beauty, I often find myself straying from my well-loved products to trial new ones and I kind of (unintentionally) neglect them. The good news is that I have found my way back to a few makeup gems, so let's get talking about these 3 products I have rediscovered my love for.

L'ORÉAL NUDE MAGIQUE CUSHION FOUNDATION

I haven't been wearing much foundation as of late - I've just been applying concealer here and there and I'm out the door. But the rising temperatures called for lightweight, dewy bases and I've always thoroughly enjoyed using this foundation (considering I'm onto my second compact!). The coverage is quite light but it is buildable so it covers small imperfections and redness nicely, and the finish gives my skin such a natural healthy glow. It's just one of those no fuss foundations for simple makeup looks and I know I'll be running on empty fairly soon with Summer just around the corner! 

RIMMEL THE ONLY 1 MATTE LIPSTICK

For a complete matte lippie, these feel like you're wearing barely anything on your lips - that's how comfortable and lightweight the formula is! 'Salute' is one of my absolute favourites out of the bunch because of how flattering this shade of nude-pink is on my skin tone. I also adore 'High Flyer' (deep rose) and it was one of the few I had on rotation when mauve lips were my obsession for the entire duration of Autumn! Rimmel just know their lipstick and they have proved it yet again with this range.

HOURGLASS SURREAL LIGHT

I still love this 2016 holiday edition palette to death and if I had to pick one face palette, I wouldn't even hesitate to choose this stunner! You have a finishing powder, bronzer, two blushes and a strobe powder with the most luxurious quality and beautiful finishes to the skin. Very much worth the hefty price tag and it certainly lived up to my high expectations! If you're looking to treat yourself to some high-end makeup, their Ambient Lighting Powders are the way to go - they are simply divine!
