March Favourites

It is well and truly starting to feel like Autumn as I'm writing this post and I couldn't be happier! Another month has flown by and you guys know the drill; it's time to share with you what I've been adoring this March.

I went on a L'Oreal spree not too long ago (as I've had a major infatuation with the brand lately) and picked up a bunch of things, but this illuminating powder is what I was most excited for. This little compact contains three complementary shades used to subtly highlight your features. 'Rosy Glow' has a beautiful champagne hue once blended together, but you can definitely use each shade individually for more precision if you prefer. I've been absolutely loving this as an everyday highlighter when I'm going for a simple and natural makeup look.

I've been wanting to try the Revitalash Eyelash Conditioner for a while now because who doesn't want long and wispy lashes, but I simply could not justify a purchase like that. I managed to come across a much more affordable option and I will admit I was skeptical at first, but after using it for a month I can definitely see results. My brows appear slightly fuller and my lashes look longer, especially after a few coats of mascara. This is a great product to have if you have short lashes or if you've over plucked your brows and they just refuse to grow.

So happy that I've finally found a toner that ticks all the boxes! It's full of natural ingredients like coconut water and aloe vera that help to refresh and hydrate the skin. What I also really love about this toner is that it doesn't leave a tacky residue on my skin - it just absorbs nicely and smells very fresh. I use it after cleansing, on a warm day or even as a makeup setting spray which makes this toner such a good multitasker and super handy for travelling as well.

This past week I've been rocking the shade 'Cherie Macaron' which isn't very suited to the season, but I just couldn't resist a vibrant pop of colour. This range of nail polish had me curious because the formula contains a blend of precious oils which sounded amazing. One stroke gave me saturated colour without any streaks and it applies so luxuriously over the nails - it was just incredibly smooth in consistency and unlike any nail polish I have used (and I've used plenty!). It dries fairly quickly and leaves your nails looking glossy like you just came from the salon. It doesn't claim to be long lasting but it has held up pretty damn well for a week so I am mighty impressed!
