Ready, Set.. GLOW

I'm sure I can speak for a lot of highlighter addicts out there that they are one of if not, THE most exciting makeup product to put on your face. There is just something so satisfying about a good glow and no makeup look is really complete without it. So here are my current top picks for achieving perfect glowy skin while making those cheekbones pop.

MARY-LOU MANIZER

Back in the day, this gem of a highlighter was all the rage and we just couldn't get enough of it. It is still one of my best-loved highlighters for when I'm wanting a beaming glow that can be seen from a mile away. The pigmentation is intense so a little goes a very long way and it is so buttery in texture. The honey-champagne hue suits many skin tones and I don't find it to be crazy shimmery at all - it's just pure glowy goodness that catches the light beautifully!

STROBE LITE STROBING POWDER

L.A. Girl have done a great job with the shade selection (12 to choose from for every skin tone), and '120 Watt' would have to be the ultimate highlighter for fair complexions! It's a gorgeous frosty-white that just reminds me of Christmas time and it is definitely not subtle. This one has more of a shimmer/sparkly glow as opposed to 'Mary-Lou Manizer' so if looking like a disco ball is what you're all about, then you 100% need these in your life.

MASTER STROBING STICK

Initially, I was amazed by how effortlessly this illuminating stick applied over my makeup. It's like a cream to powder formula that feels like nothing on the skin - it literally glides on with ease and the shade 'Iridescent' leaves the most prettiest silver-pink sheen behind. I also own 'Nude Glow' which is just as pretty and it works well on my skin tone when I'm going for a Summery look. I am super impressed by this one and I think it's a drugstore must-have!

SUPER SHOCK CHEEK

The very first highlighter that I've tried by Colourpop and I have to say, I'm obsessed! Firstly, the texture is unlike ANY highlighting powder I have dipped my fingers into because it feels so velvety-smooth, it's incredible. 'Lunch Money' is a pale gold tone with a beautiful soft sheen that looks so flattering on the skin once the light hits. I still cannot believe how inexpensive this product is because the quality is of high-end standard and it's just an absolute winner!
