The Blush Edit

Spring is just around the corner and for me, it's all about fresh glowy skin with a pop of colour on the cheeks. So to get ready for the springtime, I've picked 5 beautiful blushes for today's blush edit that would make great additions to anyone's makeup bag.

Sleek MakeUP's Blush By 3 in Lace includes 2 matte shades (Crochet & Chantilly) and Guipure which is a shimmery pink with a gold reflect. All 3 shades are intensely pigmented so be sure to use a light hand and build it up if needed. Guipure is definitely the most used shade out of this palette. I think it would compliment any skin tone and I love the way it highlights the cheeks, it's truly stunning. 

I'm a huge fan of baked blushes; they are so soft and silky. One of my favourite drugstore baked blushes is the I Heart Makeup Blushing Hearts in Bursting With Love by Makeup Revolution. You have a highlight shade, pale pink and a deeper pink that can all be used individually on the skin or swirl all 3 of them together for an intense pink glow to the cheek. And how adorable is the packaging?!

I've been wanting to give the liquid blush a try for quite some time now, and I came across the e.l.f. HD Blush in my local Kmart. To my surprise, I actually really love this product. The consistency is incredibly lightweight and soft that adds a lovely natural flush to the cheek. Headliner is the perfect shade for fairer skin tones and I know I'll be getting a lot of use out of this come Spring.

Orgasm by Nars is an absolute cult favourite in the beauty world and it has been one of my go-to shades during the warmer months. It's a beautiful shimmery pink that looks gorgeous when used in conjunction with a bronzer, and lasts really well throughout the day. It's also a very similar shade to Sleek MakeUP's Guipure.

Milani are well known for their amazing Baked Blushes, and Luminoso along with Corallina have got to be my favourites from the range. Corallina is a peach toned blush with flecks of gold shimmer throughout that makes your cheeks glow. These blushes are just fantastic quality for the price.
