August has passed by so goodbye Winter and hello Spring! It's time for another monthly favourites and I have 5 new beauty products that I'm very excited to share with you. So let's get into it what I've been loving throughout the month of August.
I went on an e.l.f. spree this month as there were quite a few things that really caught my eye. One of them being their HD Blush that I featured in my Blush Edit, and I really enjoy using it for an everyday makeup look. The texture is silky soft and Headliner is the perfect pale pink shade for my fair skin. I like to apply it with my fingers at first and then blend it in with a stippling brush for a natural flush to the cheek.
A while back I received the Mannakadar 3-in-1 Blush Highlighter Eyeshadow in a beauty subscription box, but only just got around to trialling it. I must say, this is actually a really beautiful product! I think it looks amazing on the skin and the nude pink shade is so versatile. Very rich in pigmentation and I can definitely see myself using this during Summer for an all over shimmery glow.
Burt's Bees Lip Crayon in Sedona Sands is a very flattering nude that is so creamy and moisturising for a matte lip product. These are great for the handbag and for those days when you're in a rush and need a little something on the lips. It's also 100% natural and infused with Shea Butter and Jojoba Oil for intense hydration.
I have been lusting over Paco Rabanne's Olympea ever since I had a whiff of it in a magazine, and I finally got my hands on it! There's just something about this fragrance that makes you feel like a successful goddess who can conquer whatever life throws at you. Top notes are Vanilla, Jasmine and Cashmere Wood. It smells absolutely divine and the scent lasts all night on me. The bottle itself is so beautiful and feminine as well. This perfume is definitely worth the money.
The last product I have been loving this August is Benefit's Gimme Brow. I'm probably one of very few who hasn't tried this cult favourite until now, but better late than never! I am totally loving the new packaging, and it does a wonderful job at filling in my brows for a more fuller defined brow. I can see why this is an award winning product, it's pretty amazing
