10 Affirmations for a Positive Mindset


Sometimes when I'm feeling flat and just not in the right head space, it can be a struggle to produce quality content on my blog. I've found that following these 10 affirmations are a really helpful way to get me back into that positive mindset and overcome those negative thoughts that are holding me back.  

- I fully accept myself and know that I am worthy of great things in life.

- By allowing myself to be happy, I inspire others to be happy as well.

- I accept changes that take place in my life and I let go of fear and worry.

- There are no such things as problems, only opportunities.

- I feel powerful, capable, confident, energetic, and on top of the world.

- My potential to succeed is infinite.

- I am self-reliant, creative and persistent in whatever I do.

- Stress is just a feeling that I create with my thoughts, and I have the power to change my thoughts at any time.

- I aspire only to be a better person than I was yesterday.

Writing a list of your favourite affirmations or creating an affirmations vision board is a wonderful way to rid those negative emotions, so you can start believing in yourself again. Also, a great little book to keep on your bedside table is the Power Thoughts 365 Daily Affirmations by Louise L. Hay. I like to open it up at random when I'm lazing around in bed and read a few affirmations. I feel like it's really empowering and makes me feel ready to take on the day, and be able to publish content that I am genuinely proud of.
